Apparently they don't want to send me a free sample if they don't have their website working for the most popular browser that actually works. (FF) I refuse to open IE and infect my computer with it.

I signed up and got a "We'll get back to you" response about their survey. Guess I don't fit their demographics.

Most of the time the issue in FF is the popup blocker. Look at the top of your window if the link didnt work and see if it says that it blocked a popup--if it did you simply need to click that tab and tell it to allow this one--dont worry it still doesn't allow any of the others.

yeah, I initially thought so too but it wasn't the blocker - ff just didn't care for that form I suppose.

tried to get a free redman moist snuff but seems like no deal if you can't put a US state in the order box. I suppose they don't see any point in sending it out to countries that don't generally use it

plus snuffster the legalality might not be worth looking into since that cost money.

I know for Redman, they have to use part of your social security number to verify your age. Also without having Royal Mail, it can get pricey to send overseas from the US. And like bob said (legality) they would have to search laws on every country to find if there are any restrictions on having tobacco imported there and have a way to verify your age.
