Does anyone has a dream about snuff?
    I have three:
    - have a fascinating collection
    - have a nice book collection about it
    - work for some snuff producer (Poschl, McChrystal's, Toque or Dholakia)

The last one is out of my sight...but still good to just dream about it :)

I would love to have a big collection of snuff and snuffboxes, and, by the way, a fridge full of bottles of dark beers from all over the world.

And I also dream about an international snuff meeting for snuffhouse members.

Funny that this should come up. I dreamt last night that I had accidently flattened the lid on my WE G SM and was completely incapable of reshaping it so that it would fit back on the tin.

I also introduced a friend to snuff last night at the bar. Brought along a mix of the WE G SM, FT Santo Domingo and a dash of Gletscherprise. It is actually a decent little kicker.

Nice story but I think Filek meant dream rather as fantasizing than dreaming during the sleep. :)

I'm thinking of starting a small snuff business of my own when I retire and will be able to devote sufficient time to it.

I have long thought that owning my own tobacco shop would be the best job in the world. I would love to have ALL the snuffs, great cigars, snus, pipes, and heaps of exotic bulk loose tobacco. Walk in humidor, a smoking lounge, with humi-lockers, and all that.

I would like my shop to be known as the resource for all things fine tobacco and also have it be a destination/hangout/lounge/club for customers/members with large overstuffed chairs, fireplaces, and other fancy things. ;)

    Great topic Filek!

I would actually like to have a big tobacco farm. With the big barns and all. Also would like to own a wine vineyard and a whisky distillery with a few hundred barrels worth of both products.

I simply want to grow and produce my own snuff, much like Mr. Salabert... Not too impressive, but my dream none the less...

Hey Roderick, will there be a line of toque accesories in the future - maybe toque snuff boxes (like the wilsons ones) etc?
  3.  # 13
He does has one accessory on there already.

He has mentioned he's working on a few things like a snuff humidor. Just have to wait and see what he pulls out of his hat.

A couple nights ago I dreamed about Pöschl's Kloster Andech... probably because of what I read in a review, but there was this delicious chamomile "dreamscent" all around...

I would also like to own a little tobacco shop, in a historic setting like one of our university towns or York. I would stock each brand and my shop assistants would be beautiful red heads who took Tom Buck snuff. I would sit back and watch the days business whilst sipping chilled absinthe and taking the occasional pinch of my stock, England would be three up against Germany (and not conceeding the lead by giving penalties), John had never met Yoko, perpetual summer..aahhhhh..........................please don't let me wake up

I had another snuff dream last night. I tried american snuffs and found them not to my liking though I did have one of the bernards snuffs that come in the glass bottle. The thing that was interesting was how clear the scents and textures where in the dream. I wouldn't be suprised if the snuffs actualy felt and smelled like they did in my dream.

Last night I dreamed I was at an old timey hardware store buying a pair of scissors. Right by the scissors I noticed they were selling Rooster brand snuff bullets manufactured by Dhalaki.

In the early hours of this morning my wife woke to find me standing at the foot of the bed apparently conducting an orchestra. I meekly got back into bed without a word when directed to do so.

    snuffster LOL

I guess my dream would be the same as most others; a nice collection of snuffs & boxes.

A meeting of snuff enthusiasts would also be cool...

That and a Marmite flavoured snuff...(hint hint) ;o)

When working as wedding photographer in LA for six years I worked with many different clergymen and women. My favorite was a retired Anglican chaplain from the Royal Navy. He showed up in full dress uniform. The weddings were performed on a 90' harbor excursion boat. A real no nonsense fellow before the ceremony' he became quite affable following it. I have to say, he held his liquor well. The charter served us whatever drink we wanted gratis. When I finished my pictures, I would join him for one. He smoked like a chimney as well. Nobody cared. I sent him a bottle of Jamaican rum or a box of cigars every Christmas and he always recommended me to his wedding clients.
