I don't know who is more frustrated by the irregularities of our postal system, me or my customers. I suspect it might have something to do with having a customs declaration stating that the contents are tobacco and the fact that we have to put our name and address on the front of the packet, stating that we are a tobacco company. I’m sure other companies don’t suffer such high numbers of deliveries going missing.

Maybe Chicagoland has a more efficient postal service going right now, because I often hear many complaints about US Mail shipping time, but for me it has been quicker than expected about 90% of the time.

The Toque Natural is a great all tobacco snuff, the grind is perfect, the nose feel is great, and while I am at a loss of descriptors I can't say a bad thing about it. I wouldn't change a thing.
