Is it just me or does anyone else have problems seeing everything on the site. I can read the discussion topic but the information about who started the topic, who last commented, etc, are very hard to see.

No, I don't have any problems with it. What exactly do you mean by "hard to see"? -

just the colours of the text against the background mars? i do a bit too

Having a second thought about it, the difference between background colour and the colour of the text beneath the titles is quite marginal. I designed it that way, to focuse on the discussion title. Otherwise it looked quite cluttered. I hope that is not too much a problem? Hovering the curser over the additional information / links should highlight it. Maybe that helps a little?
It also depends on the monitor, I guess. That is one problem when doing websites. Different monitors show different results. Bad excuse, I know. ;) -
For instance.... once the thread is opened, I see everything fine. But on the page where all topics are listed.... like Alex stated, unless I run my mouse over items, they are unseeable unless I get about an inch from the screen.
And yes, my vision is fine! LOL!
Just a little issue from my point... otherwise everything is great. I especially enjoy how I go to the point in a thread where I left off last time. Saves a lot of time. -
At least you see the discussion titles at the starting page, don't you?
