I've noticed that the Red and Purple Thai Herbal snuffs say they contain tobacco, then I read the Thai Yellow states that "These snuffs do not contain any tobacco." implying that none of them have tobacco as an ingredient. I'm confused....
Yeah. Actually, there was a thread about that. Someone posted a thread on how good the first one Mr. Snuff had. I was wondering the same thing myself. I'm pretty sure that they all contain tobacco.
OK, seem that would be the definitive answer, but I am still a bit confused because Msrsnuff list these ingredients in their description of the red and purple: "South Asia high-quality fermented tobacco, camphor of Borneo, Angelica, lovage, a combination of red lime."
Yes it is confusing. At first I thought none of them contained tobacco. Then we were given the description above. At that point I thought they all contained tobacco. Then I wrote a short while ago to try to get a definitive answer. Here it is:
---Only the last one (Thai Herbal Yellow 13g) is non-tobacco herbal snuffs. The other two have tobacco inside.
We need to sort out the descriptions to make this more clear, since they are copy and paste jobs from the manufacturer.
@mouse....that would be great if you could have it translated. It would be interesting to know what it actually says."
OK, we went to the Thai restaurant tonight and the waiter read the label on the Thai Purple but couldn't come up with the English equivalent for the ingredients. He said it was for colds and sinus congestion. Well, at least I tried. Maybe I'll try to find a Thai/English dictionary....
@Mouse...thanks for trying. Not surprising when you think about it. You would have to be totally bilingual to translate ingredients of most things i would think.
