I saw an old photo thread from four years ago, but I figured a new one would be a good idea. If this type of thread is not allowed, whoops- feel free to close it.

These are the three snuffs in my current collection:

Railroad Mills Plain Scotch
Dental Sweet
Conwood Peach

I have a small order coming in that I'm pretty excited about- 2 Toques and a Poschl.

Here's mine. Bulks are in 12 oz, 8 oz and 4 oz mason jars. Some are also in in 4 oz, 2 oz and 1 oz amber bottles that I had. 1/2 amber bottles I use as tap boxes.

That makes me think. Do you keep track of your collection in a spreadsheet or anything?

Cause I make myself an Excel spreadsheet and I know how much I have, for how long, what is En route and what's on my wish list.

We know we got it bad when it's fun to view others' collections. I like using the turn tin that I just got, @Slide has a couple of them in his pic up front, what's the metal tin on the far right above the Viking snuff?

@FlippinBird - The tins are my efforts to find out what I like the most. The bulk is what I found out that I like the most. In a given week I have about 5 that will always be used. To that I will pick out one a day that just isn't in my top 5 list that I will snuff just for a change of pace or to see if my view on it has changed. Menthols almost never get touched anymore. Most of the tins will be eventually placed in amber bottles as I find the time unless I am going through it quickly. So the short answer is in any given week I will use about 12 different snuff's.

@KebAMP - I use a spreadsheet also but would like to take a look at yours. I haven't spent any time on mine it's just very basic. I'll send you a PM.

@hooked - The turn tin is great. The metal tin you are asking about is a container made by OneDrop Design. A number of years ago they marketed for storing herbs....It will keep anything very fresh. It takes a few too many turns to open though. They currently market a similar tin for holding yo-yo parts of all things. http://shop.yoyoexpert.com/product/251/One-Drop-Novus-Box  But, it works well. I have a couple of tripletech's coming and my two main carries I forgot to put in the picture. They were in my pocket. One is the wooden flip lid french snuff box and the other is a Patrick Collins "One For The Road" box. Other than that I use the OneDrop tins or amber bottles. A 1 oz bottle will easily hold 10 grams and will keep it fresh to the end. Just no pinching...

Mr. Nose I don't think Stoker's is making dry snuff anymore. If I understand correctly it was discontinued when the company changed hands. But if you find out differently let me know!

@nightcap, your plastic containers look just like mine. I use Komax polypropylene with the silicon gasket lids, I love them, everything stays fresh. Very nice collection! :D

Heres mine.

32 x 600g black jars. 16 Toques, 16 McCrystals.
Above, scotches, L260 x 600g, 200g Grunt, and a couple of pounds of Wilsons.

Also have around 250 tins of snuff not shown here in various states of use. Working my way to finish those before using any of the bulk.

Later this year I'll continue building stocks of 1lb Wilsons. There's about 30 I want. Bit skint at the moment.

I am so glad this thread has been created/resurfaced - It makes my collection seem tiny in comparison. I showed my fiancee your collections, and she no longer complains about my purchases!! CHEERS!

@yummysnuff I would be surprised if you do not get any crossover scenting from storing all of those different types of snuff in the same tin. Oh, but that does look good, that container loaded up with snuffs.
