@Brandasaur have you tried the White Elephant before? It's pretty nice but it has that all-too-familiar 'fishy' smell. Excellent grind and moisture level if you are into white snuffs. Nice nic as well.

No I havent, but I go through D.White like crazy! Do you know what spices are in it and how strong they are? And for CANADIANS, Canada post has their meeting today to see if they go on strike. What will we do if they decide to?!

@Brandasaur no idea about the spices. I've only tried D. White once and it was a sample size from someone on the boards so I can't make a perfect comparison, but the flavor seemed to be very similar between D.White and White Elephant. If you are looking for a white snuff that doesn't mell 'off' or 'fishy' I recommend 6 Photo Cheetah. Smells like some very faint flowers and a tiny bit of spice. More nicotine than anything I've tried.

... plus a nice CD from a fellow snuffer(thanks!) ... and from Snuff Taker's Ephemeris, aka Feck (aka RR ), many good cans of snus, in particular Marlboro Strong in Original and White portions ... no, not the stuff you can get at the gas stations in the US, the Swedish Match versions.

I received my second 8oz bag of Penzance yesterday. Customs got hold of it, added 75% duty and SLIT OPEN THE BLOODY BAG!!

I got a feeling that something was wrong, tore open the package right there in the post office, and saw what they did. I was furious, mad, crazy........!!!!!!!!!!! I spoke to the post master but, he's only the messenger.

I wanted to jar the sealed bag and cellar it for at least a year.

Now, here's a warning to all our dear members. The guy I got the baccy from, ships "discretely". So, no mention of tobacco on the package. But the custom's guys must have smelled the tobacco and that's why they opened it. Also wanted to make sure that the bag does contain tobacco and therefor they slit open the bag and removed some of the contents.

I've learned my lesson well.

Pieter I feel for you. getting baccy from around the world is a problem. Glad I'm here in the UK where there's plenty of good backy and snuff. I might have a problem with the snus I ordered from the States which is taking some time. Safest tobacco product in the world must not be sold in the UK...

Well this is my first post on the forum. I have wanted to try snuff for a while now. I finally made my first order. I ordered Poschl Raspberry and McChrystals Menthol and a Pot Luck from Mr. Snuff. I have used wintergreen chew for over 15 yrs/ Looking forward to this new experience.

Received 10 ea. 50g Swastika Chaap and 10 ea. 50g Paanch Photo snuff from Hooka1 for $40US plus shipping. Both were new to me and seem OK, but the Paanch tins were rusty and may have been in damp storage or transport. Will probably keep in reserve for hard times.

I found myself stimulated well for several hours. Tastes fine. Twist I think stronger at first but fades more quickly.

Funny, you guys. Sounds to good to me, I guess. I have a friend who's writing a bunch of short stories on the theme of Extreme: "Extreme Gardening", "Extreme Texas", "Extreme Remorse", and so on. I'll suggest that he write, "Extreme Snuffing" about this Snuffhouse crew.
