Just took a pinch of Samuel Gawith - Irish 'D' Light, I didn't like this snuff all that much at first but it has really grown on me in recent months, by far the finest, dryest, powdery grind I have ever seen, a puff of smoke come up from the tin everytime I open it.

Yes it is a very fine powder. I can only imagine the mess it makes on the production line. I do enjoy the Irish 'D' Light. It has a creamy taste to it.

    @ troutsroker.

we have a heap of wineries around here too. We have cool climate wines, mostly on good volcanic soil from an extinct volcana 10 ks from town. its good, most of them do a cellar door and offer cheese, pates etc for only a few dollars while ur tasting. Des driver is definately the way to go if u want to enjoy yourself.

I'm having a pinch of cherry menthol to wake me up for some sat morning work

the Jewel and McChrystals SP tonight. I do love the plain tobacco snuffs (even though the McC's seems to have a slight bit of added scent to it).

Been enjoying the Magnet Peach tonight. This stuff is just like smelling a fresh peach. As I told Poo-Diddy, the first thing I thought of was those Astronaut Peaches. I used to buy a lot of the astronaut treats as a kid. Like the Astronaut Ice Cream.

I have been ill for couple of days, so I decided not to snuff because buzzing and aching head at the same is something I need at least. Now my headache is nearly over and I took some med99, because I thouhght it will help to clear my nose. Hmm, no success at all, but I enjoyed.

On a recommendation, I got some Magnet Spearmint - despite the warnings of the ammonia / cat's pee scent. I decided to give it a test run on the train into town yesterday and it's not bad at all. It doesn't quite have the nic high that I was led to believe but the mint aroma is quite pleasing and lingers for a long time after a sniff. I'm still feeling my way with snuffs and I'm leaning more and more towards the finer drier varieties - with the exception of Toque chocolate.
Sure wish we could get some of the American brands, such as Rooster in the UK.

pat, if you want to buy in bulk, the Smoke Shack ships internationally.

Trying some homemade douglas fir scented snuff right now. Smells like a fresh cut xmas tree. Along with a cup of douglas fir tea.

A pinch of lotzback premium mild just taken. I used to hate this snuff when I opened the package for the first time and I haven't used it since that time. But I must admit I enjoyed this time. It's not my favourite but has its own magic.

Giants are getting ready to go, so I have to go back to McC's OG and Latakia 1860. I am a bit superstitious when it comes to football. GO GIANTS!!!

Right now a mixture of Rooster and a tiny little bit of Wilson's French Carotte. I'm learning to snuff the finest, dryest, dustiest snuffs and the whimsical moistness from French Carotte seems to help in the process. Tomorrow I'll move to full-on Rooster, wish me luck.

Magnet Spearmint has been going up the schnopz now and then. Delicious.

Heavy menthol snuffs actually clog me up. My nose will be really open for a minute or two & then it gets stuffed like a bird at the taxidermist.

Taking some Bespoke Stephan's Tipple as I get ready to go run the snowblower.
