I wrote some days ago a topic explaining I was not happy with Rajeks House of Smoke. Honestly I must to tell you all, I was wrong. I thought then Rajeks was gulty about the delay of my buys. Today I received all my snuffs with a grat delay, but all the responsability belong to DHL Company. Herr Rajek shipped my parcel on June, 11, through DHL. But the thing is this company use the Standard Spanish Mail to deliver. "Id est", you pay for an Air Mail Delivery and they uses the ordinary mailing. For that reason I know Herr Rajek has no responsability at all, and I've sent him my excuses.
And so, I recommend to you all visit his online shop, is really excellent, having several snuff types, accesories...etc.

It's good to hear that your order has arrived and all is not lost. I know that Stefan would not allow for you to be dissatisfied with his service to you and would have remedied the situation for you no matter what. But now to the good stuff... enjoy the snuff's you have received and let us all know what you think! :-)
I am also very glad that everything worked out for you. I would hate for this fault of DHL to give you a bad impression of Rajek's, which is an excellent shop. Glad you got your snuffs, now enjoy them!
I can see that this thread is kinda old but I´ll reply to it anyway..
I also ordered from "Rajek´s House of Smoke" on my birthday 10.may and still have not got anything. My order is still with the status "In progress"..
I have tried to send emails and use the fancy support features and still no answer there... But "House of Smoke" did charge my credit card few days after I ordered. Usually you are charged when the package is sent so I am getting pretty frustrated.
I guess I have to call them and check if they have forgot me... does anyone know if they speak English? :S my german is really bad..
They do speak English and I have to say I have always found their service excellent. There have been some glitches of late with some of the Bernard snuffs, so that might be the problem.
I just emailed directly when I had a question, replying to the the order status email. Got an answer back pretty quickly.
