    Hello all,

First...let me say, thank you Alex for allowing me to join your site.

I was first introduced to the ritualistic use of the paradoxically revered and profaned sacred golden leaf some thirty plus years ago. I use ground tobacco as an aid to my meditation practice and also for healing purposes. It has proven to be my friend and ally and to promote spiritual growth and a general sense of well being. Allthough I don't use commercial tobacco products i.e. (snuff, cigars, etc.) perhaps I can share some of what I have learned over the years with others who may be interested. More to come.....hopefully..

    Best,
    Ji
