If you are looking to try out some different snuffs, here's the deal: I ordered a bunch of snuff along with bullets. I filled the bullets and am now left with 11 tins of snuff that are all 1/2 to 3/4 full. I'll never use all of these up before they go stale so I'd rather share. I'm only asking for $10, which will mainly cover shipping costs. If any of you are interested let me know at zzedo310@aol.com. I can accept paypal or check. I just received these snuffs so they are all still fresh. To make things easier on me, I can only ship within the United States, sorry...

    Here's what I have:
Dholakia – Ganga (small packet, missing a couple pinches, didn’t care for the perfumed scent)
Gawith Hoggarth Kendal – Sea Breezes
    Gawith Hoggarth Kendal – Strawberry
    Samuel Gawith – Banana
    Samuel Gawith – Black Coffee
    Samuel Gawith – Chocolate
    Samuel Gawith – Honey
    Toque – Blueberry
    Toque – Espresso
    Wilsons of Sharrow – Cinnamon
Wilsons of Sharrow – Spearmint Plus

    Hi ZZedo,
That's very generous of you but unnecessary.
Stick them in your freezer or a Kilmar jar. Snuff matures with age and if kept air tight or at least in a humidor can last for years. I have over a 100 jars of Levi Garrett from 1936 and only one of them has ‘gone off’ and that's not the tobacco or from poor storage the cork was suffering from cork weevil.

Stu, nightcap and Roderick are right, the snuffs will be fine if you store them properly. But if you absolutely can't be talked out of selling them then I'll take 'em.

I wasn't trying to take advantage of your lack of knowledge about the shelf life of snuff...just saw a good deal on a lot of snuff I've never tried.

I wish hydrahead would sell me his snuff :p

Matt, I had the same idea! I saw the post and thought to myself "Ooh, I've never tried most of those, what a great deal!" Everyone is right, though. The snuffs will keep just fine and even though you say you'll never use them all...if you begin to snuff regularly, you will, trust me :) I used to think that a 10g tin could last weeks...and now...well...let's say that "days" is stretching it :)

I used to vacillate between reproaching myself at having purchased too much, and comfort in having such deep reserves. I never hoarded cigarettes or cigars, but somehow snuff brings it out in me. Where one draws the line is a personal matter. For me, as long as I have less than my weight in snuff, I'm OK. Lol. Tobacco prices only go up, so I have to look at it as a hedge against inflation or worse, (shudder) the inevitable rise in taxes as our treasury scrounges for funds to save the poor investment bankers and insurance companies. What a bunch of crap.

I'm with stitch....I've got about 40 or so flavors and types in my collection after my last three orders in three months. I thought I had enough but I'm growing bored with my new "neighborhood" of snuffs after only a few weeks. In addition, once I run out of one of my faves 39 flavors cannot compensate for the one I ran out of. So much snuff, so little time....

Zzedo - keep it in the fridge. It will not go stale. I am still snuffing from a pound of TB that I got in 2005, and it's still perfect.

If somebody is looking to trade flavors they dont like, I would be interested. I bought HG Kendal Strawberry and Wiskey and HATE them both! way to floral for me. I would lokve to trade with soemone. I have been wanting to try cola or even the treasured cafe royal.

I got a mostly unused cola and a mostly unused packards that I'll probably not get around to finishing. I love the whiskey snuff and am curious that skeptical on the strawberry so if no ones offerded I'll trade you both for both!

Thanks to all of you for your suggestions. I have a ton of snuff but I've gone out and purchased another humidor after reading your posts. The freezer/fridge are excellent ideas but space is limited so the humidor was the best choice for me.
