I thought I would start a thread about just menthols. I go to Wilsons Honey Menthol. Sense I started snuffing again, after many years, I found Honey Menthol. That was the first one that I had to reorder. Few days go by that I don't use some Honey Menthol. Let's talk about which one ya'll like.

I'm not very keen on menthol snuffs but I do like Gawith Apricot and Azono Raspberry a lot. I use it whenever I want to clean up my nose a bit.

Not a big menthol fan but I do grab a pinch once in a while. Usually McChrystal's O&G or Gawith Apricot. Looking at the above posts I'm thinking I may need to try a few new ones. Been wanting to try the Hedges L260 and the Magnet Peach sounds interesting. I did grab a big pinch of Wilson's Raspberry last week and I thought my nose was on fire!

O&G or Wilson's Raspberry (a very weird and overpowering scent, but I like it)

I will have to get some O&G. Everybody seems to like it. I do like Highland Ice so I think I would like O&G.

First menthol I really enjoyed was O&G but lately I'm just putting a little toque menthol with some of the toque fruit snuffs.

I'm a lös and portion snus guy first, and relatively new to nasal snuff. Toque menthol literally made me say aloud "Oh my god! this is f***ing insane! I love it!" I'd been using Dean Swift raspberry prior and it's good, but not great.

I have been going back and forth about whether I like S.M. 500 but now I decided I like it. It's my first snuff of the day as it clear my head and always gives a good blow after a 5 or ten minutes. Not that I've tried any other menthol to compare it to but it is good. Next I want to try Wilson's Honey Menthol and S.M. Blue.

S.M. 500 followed quickly by a fruity snuff like Apricot is also a nice feeling or have a drink of coffee.

Menthol is my favorite style, and I like all the ones I've tried, but I'd have to say Gawith Apricot is my favorite. It feels like an old friend every time I use it :^)

Although Hedges L260 and McCrystals are my fav. menthols I also like Wilsons Honey Menthol and Cherry Menthol. Anyone like me with a tin on each try a equal mix. A real strong cough drop!

Love the honey menthol. The S.m. blue is a favorite not an all the time snuff but I don't go a day with out a few pinches. Often first thing in the morning before my tea.

I have not tried all the menthols, but so far I find Gawith's Apricot (under licence to Poschl) the most enjoyable.

If I've said it once, I've said it a million times. McChystals' is my go to for any snuff. A close second is Red Bull. It's a very heavy menthol that packs quite a nicotine kick. Great to snuff, sit, and just take it all in.

Its got to be the aniseed menthol from Dholakia. My take on methols is that for the most part the flavour is hidden by the menthol and its like snuffing some vapor rub, this one is nice and gentle and because its in there very lighlty you get the tobacco flavour and far less congestion.

For newbies, menthol can be very congesting - at least for some users. If you want a real head clearer experiment with the plainer toasts or SPs. I thinl O and G is a great classic snuff but when I take it, 20 minutes later my nose is blocked.

I would have to also add that i am starting to migrate towards menthol as my primary snuff.

I never like menthol cigs that much and always hated menthol/mint/wintergreen dipping tobaccos.

But menthol snuff is a completely different beast.

It stays with me the longest in the nose and the scent really wakes u up.

So far its Gawith Apricot for me even though im excited to try one of the toasts from Toque to compare to my American snuffs I have.

McCrystal's O&G is rising to the top of my list. I think I still like the Gawiths Apricot better, but it's getting some stiff competition.

    Hi Grim
I was lucky enough to get to sample the new toque toasts and in strength and grind they are very similar to your Scotch snuffs. If you like Stokers, you will like the toque toasts
