Snuffy I think is is the Inertial Snuff Takers Association. But I don't think it is still on the ground and not taken off. Some one correct me if I'm wrong. -

LOL Snuff Head...inertial snuff taking works kinda like this:
You sit on the bus in one of those seats that face backwards. You hold an open tin up to your nose and then the bus driver jams on the brakes. The snuff goes flying up your nose with nary a sniff. Voila! Inertial snuff taking at its finest! -
