I just got the most recent CD of this Swedish band The Sounds. I have their previous album already. This is great, I just play it non-stop. Has a retro 80's post punk new wave sound to me, with cool female vocals. This is one of my favorite bands.
hey just put two more songs up on myspace. So I was just listening to these two songs.

I thought I'd share since there has been talk of industrial music up here recently.
bob, interesting stuff, kinda reminds me of Cabaret Voltaire. Personally, I like a more beat driven electro, but this is not bad for what it is. Not that you wanted a review, just giving my opinion.
that is awesome. I love hearing opnions good/bad. As long as they are somewhat informed. Just happy someone listened to it at all. I'll put up one of my more beat oriented ones next (planning on it anyways).
My music is old 1st wave black metal like Venom and Sodom. Just finished one new song last night, just have an MP3 of it now, though I think we will re-record it. I also do some 2nd wave BM ala early Darkthrone. My 2 sites are myspace.com/themightyastrum and /kosmokratermusic
Crass! Oh I love Crass! I used to have all the big fold-out LPs, in poster style, and their Bullsh*t Detector compilation LPs back in the day. I since got them all on CD now. I miss that era. Also a bog fan of Discharge, Exploited, Vice Squad, Subhumans, etc, it's what I grew up on.
I grew up on it too, and Ive just discovered that a punk band from my home town have re-formed after 25 years. I remember seeing them in the late 70's. Check out the 'Notsensibles' - great fun.
Snuffster, I'll look that up tonight. My band has a punky influence I think, but in a more metal style. myspace.com/themightyastrum and the new material is coming way better. I did have a punk band years ago. I just got the CD, well it hasn't made it to the mailbox yet, of The Professionals, with Steve Jones and Paul Cook and a guy from the Clash, and a singer. They were in that movie, Ladies and Gentleman The Fabulous Stains. I just got that DVD as well.
I think you'll find them fun,Tom. I love Steve Jones guitar playing, although he's not overly technical he has a great sound and was one of the people that influenced me when I started playing guitar
@ Hydrahead - I haven't been a very good juggalo lately, but it was all I listened to for about 5 years. Check my picture on my profile, I got a purple hatchet man tattoo a few years ago. My favorite from Twiztid would either be the Green Book or Freek Show.
Oh Jesse! by Dr. Hook & the Medicine Show is in my ears at the moment.
Edit - And to think the 2 people on the forum from Iowa are both juggalos. What are the odds?
you don't want to know bigblue1. Though you do want to know I'am listening to old underworld wow it's amazing how dated their stuff from the 80's sounds. More a wow then a I'am enjoying it kind of musical trip.
Big-L, yes, I have the 2 American released CDs, and have seen all their videos I have found on Youtube. She is incredibly attractive to me too.
The Prestenders always rock, esp their 1st 2 albums, of course I had those on LP when they came out.
I've been rocking to The Professionals - Didn't See it Coming, Steve Jones and Paul Cook's post Sex Pistols band, which was also featured in that move The Fabulous Stains, but with a different(and I like better) singer.
Went on and ordered the new CD by Justin Hawkins new band Hot Leg. I loved his Darkness material, and like all the Hot Leg I have seen on the net.
